As a transfer, I'm stuck between choosing Davis or SD for electrical engineering, but SD wants me to take 2.5 years if I pass both of these waiver exams and 3 years if I don't. 2.5 years is fine imo, pushing it a little bit, but 3 years is a hard no from me.

So I'm in a tough situation because if I go to SD I don't know if I will be there for 2.5 or 3 years​, and if I go to Davis I know I'll be there for 2 years. I have the entire summer to study for these two waiver exams but if it's super hard then it's probably not worth risking it.
