My boyfriend is able to smell if my period is coming after smelling my piss. Not like up in the toilet sniffing it, he comes in after im done and asks if my period is coming

Always struggled with nail biting and now growing them out so idk much about nail care. I work as nursing assistant and for hygiene reasons cant have anything like polishes on nails. I used to use clear hardening polish but cant use that now. Past of biting and frequent hand washing is making them pretty thin
