I’m facing a really weird issue with my JioFiber connection and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this.
My plan is active till 7 Jan 2027, but suddenly:
My Jio Set Top Box shows “blocked due to inactive account”
Internet is partially working
Apps like YouTube, Instagram, ChatGPT are working fine
But Amazon Prime Video and online games are NOT working at all
Things I already tried:
Restarted router and STB multiple times
Checked plan in MyJio app (shows active)
Support is useless right now — I’m stuck with the AI chatbot and can’t reach a real agent.
Has anyone faced:
Partial internet like this?
STB getting blocked even with an active plan?
Any fix or workaround would really help 🙏
