I’ve had chronic insomnia for 16 years, which mostly hits me hard in the springtime. I have trouble with both falling and staying asleep. Waking way too early is the worst part. I’ve tried a lot of sleep medications, natural remedies, and alternative medicine. Acupuncture has been beneficial, but the peptide CJC-1295 has been extremely helpful with maintaining sleep. It’s only been a week now since I’ve been taking it, but CJC-1295 has been helping me stay asleep. I still take small doses of trazodone and I still wake up through the night/morning but I haven’t slept this well in the Spring for 16 years.
