Is this really the cost of G6 sensors???

I recently did my first dexcom refill of the year and I was floored when I got my invoice! According to this claim, Adapt Health is charging my insurance $6750.00 for 3 boxes of G6 sensors...just the sensors, not the transmitter. I know it's the beginning of the year and I haven't met my deductible, but I've never had this high of a bill for just Dexcom. It's usually this much for all of my supplies (Dexcom and tslim). Is this the new prices Dexcom is charging, or is Adapt trying to pull one over on my insurance??

New Omnipod user vent. Advice?

I'm new to Omnipod with Dexcom G6, just started 2 weeks ago and my sugars have been horrible! My baseline is in the 180s and after meals I'm spiking into the upper 300s, which take an entire day of manual bolusing to get down. I contacted my endo (who I'm already not thrilled with) who said it's not recommended to change settings in the 1st 3 months. I called my Omnipod rep, who thinks I need to adjust my carb ratio and hasn't heard of any recommendation to not adjust settings. She's going to be in contact with my endo. I just don't see how just adjusting my carb ratio is going help lower my baseline values. I haven't been eating because I'm afraid of the spikes and I still feel like crap. For reference, I'm coming from the Tslim where my A1c was around 6 and I was a straight line at 120 all the time. I just had to switch for financial reasons. Any advice would be so helpful!
