So a dasher delivered my order and as he was leaving he reversed into my mailbox and my neighbors mailbox, he fled before I could stop him, all I have is his first name, I filed a claim, the claim comes back saying they cant verify this guy exists, so I message support on the app who says they cant send information to the claims people.... so.... how am I supposed to get mine and my neighbors stuff fixed if they aren't going to process the claim because all I had was his first name
