I just got married 4/25/26 (yay!) and I’m struggling to figure out the best approach to start NFP. I’d really prefer to not see a doctor/specialist because I just got a new job and my PTO hasn’t kicked in yet, and I already took off 1 1/2 weeks for the wedding/honeymoon unpaid, so I’m not sure they’d let me take more off. I also don’t think there are any close to where I live, so I’d have to drive at least an hour to see someone.
I’ve been getting ads for Natural Cycles and that seems like it would be a good way to go, but I’m not sure it’s NFP. It seems like it would be since it’s just tracking biomarkers to track fertility, right? If not, does anyone have any resources/tips for how to get started with one of the other methods?
