In Utah, purchase a car with the title signed and dated by the registered owner in September 2025.
His son in law has been driving it but did not put the title or registration in his name. I now have the title with blank odometer reading, blank buyer section, and blank reassignment of title sections.
He said I could put his info in the buyer section and reassignment section and then add myself to the buyer section in reassignment.
What is my best plan of action?
