so i have 199.8 speed on her which is kinda seethe me a little bit, but then i read on some post that most 0 cycler or showcase doesnt even have sw99 on 200 speed cause its better to delay her ult than immediately do it after yaoguang ult, why?

like cmiiw, 200 speed is for 3 action in cycle 0, but for superwolf case, isnt this just not really the case? cause she has to transform to have her first eba and its most definitely not on 0 av so it wont be 3 eba even with 200 speed? im just so confused
