I'm trying to find a horror movie friend watched a while ago.
A family of four moves into a new house. The woman is a stepmother. There are two kids - an older teenage daughter and a younger boy.
After they move in, strange/paranormal things start happening in the house. They eventually discover that a mother and her daughter used to live there. The daughter was bullied or mistreated, and the mother took revenge in some way.
I’m not sure if the movie is American - it could be from another country.
That’s all she remembers. Any ideas?
An important detail: the movie is told in parts, with different segments shown from the perspective of each family member.
