December 2024(216lbs)vs May 2026(138lbs)
In the pic I was few days away from giving birth to my 3rd baby. I feel stronger and energetic at 34. I just rope and do lunges/squats or random movements 4 days a week. I haven’t cut out any food or sugar but I eat in moderation. I used to go for crash diets that made me gain even more weight once I returned to binge eating but losing weight slowly for the past 15 months helped me stay consistent.
Also, I have a confession: I don’t want to be fat again 😮💨😭
