Whats a good gameplan if i look like this?

Im 38, male, black and my hair i would suppose is starting to look like this:

I did go to a doctor near houston called dr arocha over 5 years ago who suggested i take oral minoxidil, biotin, and get a lasercap or prp.

I tried biotin, but i started to feel energetic then bad, and stopped (my nails grew long but not my hair).

The prp at the time was costly to me and he said i would frequently have to go every 6-12 months and financially i just couldn’t do it. But he said try all of that first before a ht.

Now 6-7 years later, i braided my hair and it seem to work against me and it looks worst so im thinking to just shave it all off and start fresh.

i was fortunate to get bottles of nutrafol, the nutrafol pills, 1 bottle of hims, kirkland minoxidil, and capilus rx (312 model) from a retailer who was nearly going out of business for less than $50.

So what should i do to save/preserve my hair?

0.) Wash hair, shave it off? 1.) Schedule a visit with a ht specialist? 2.) Start using the capilus, nutralfol or kirklands daily? 3.) Order topical dut? Im kind of nervous of using oral fin. 4.) See what happens in 6-7 months. 5.) Find a good ht doctor in turkey?

Im deciding between two re agents to help find a tenant. One of the agents wants first month’s rent, and says once the tenant pays first month and deposit to them, their company will issue me a check within 2 weeks for the deposit. They state this is for their company to keep a record of things.

RE Agent 1:

Pros: Local company next to me (property is 50 miles away, but they dont mind driving). Answers calls fast and responsive. Paper work on lease looks fair.

Cons: They state their company receives the deposit and first month from the tenant, then issues me a check within two weeks.

RE Agent 2:

Pros: Seems very sweet and softspoken. Was happy to answer all questions. Is closer than other agent to property(they are 18 miles away).

Cons: Did not contact me back after a week. Says they accidentally were corresponding to the wrong email. But they had my phone number and called before meeting to the property. She is older so not sure what happened.

Also did not send texas lease agreement after i reached out a few times through text (possibly they were busy)?

Pretty much i texted asking about them sending the agreement, she said she was going to send it, then didnt hear from her for about a week saying she sent it but didnt hear back from me, and maybe she had the wrong email?

Works with a big name company similar to keller williams (not sure if thats a pro or con).
