For those that have had rhino with CADAVER rin has it lasted ?

I may need another revision. First revision with my own rib. If you had any rhino with cadaver rib (primary, revision) did your grafts last? How long post op are you? Hoping for some long term positive results. I know many good doctors use cadaver but there's a few of the OGs who only want to use your own rib and have said cadaver isn't as promising. Thank you

LIpo on back only took out 200 cc but helped smooth everything. Original lipo 20 years ago with one attempt to fix 5 years ago. Pain 2/10. Procedure done awake. No creepy messages you will be immediately blocked

Graphic pics and video. 40 year old female healthy weight. Had lipo twenty years ago. Bumpy fibrotic lower stomach and upper stomach left with loose skin. YES I did massages probably 25... (and I used two different massage therapists so please miss me with the massage stuff). PS did uneven lipo and too superficial (I was very fit and thin at the time). Attempted a revision 5-6 years ago with a Harvard trained PS. Painful, expensive and no results. He basically did a subcision with a liposuction canula to release the adhesions- now I know they have to be CUT not just poked with a blunt canula. Just did a reverse tummy tuck while awake. You can see all the fibrotic tissue and scar bands (white bands in video and picture). Nothing else would of smoothed my abdomen. (This mostly works on the upper abdomen I know I will still have bumps on the lower but lifting and tightening this skin will help). I am not a candidate for a regular TT bc I don't have any loose skin on the bottom (it was all adhered down to the fascia). I had no muscle separation. It was a tolerable procedure. He said the scar tissue (white bands) were rock hard. He had to cut through them to release skin off my abdominal wall. I can post a video of him cutting the bands if someone tells me how. First pic is after , second pic is the flap he lifted (yellow is healthy tissue white bands are scar), third pic is before using a light he held to the side to show shadows.

I posted yesteday. Part of my incision open. Got ahold of doctor he said loosely cover and put ointment, it will heal (it's about big as a pencil eraser). Now when I look closely at another part of incision it seems the sutures are so tight they are cutting my skin causing more incision openings. I am 10 days post op- this was SKIN only procedure as with my last temple lift I had skin bunching. The other side is beautiful with no issue. Sutures dissolve in 2-3 weeks. Should I try to get them removed sooner? I dont want them damage cut the skin more but I also want the wound to be supported. I did contact my surgeon again today and am waiting to hear back. My surgeon is going out of town for 6 weeks starting on Friday and is 5 hours away.... I can try to see a more local plastic surgeon. I will do as he says but curious has anyone else had extremly tight incisions that cut through skin? Did it eventually heal? I'm ok with scar revision in future. Thank you. First pic is part that opened other pics are the other tight areas

Surgeon is not near (few hours away) and I emailed his office and text him directly. 8 days post op temple revision (had skin hunching to remove). Done in office under local.... I had a big area of sutures bundled so after my shower I cleaned it slightly with a q tip... and it become a big hole. I didn't scrub or anything... I think the wound was under tension. Does this usually need to be resuture or can it heal secondary intention? I am headed out of town in 2 days for an urgent matter. Should I be calling local plastic surgeons for options and potential resuturing? No pain at all. Side burn area of face. I have access to antibiotic ointment. There is no infection. Sutures dissolve in 2-3 weeks.

Northern VA area. Homes appreciate about 3 percent YOY. Tenants been there for 3 years and I know him personally- honest truth worthy etc... he gave me an offer today- long term lease with option to buy- he will sign a 4.5 year lease (increasing rent 1.5 percent every 18 months - he pays $3600 a month now). As of today the house is valued around $775k. No mortgage - I pay about 7.5k/ year in taxes. After the 4.5 years if he decides to buy, he would give me $833k- no relator fee, no inspection (as he is the tenant), he pays all appliance repairs etc and has since day 1, no prepping home for sale. He will pay for lawyers fees . Realistically my home maybe be worth 875-900k in 4.5 years but saving relator fees alone is maybe 30-50k. Also no inspection, nothing to fix (yes prepping a house for sale costs thousands-painting alone is 9-10k). Essentially he is locking in a purchase price of $833k (instead of the potential 900k it may be valued at), and I am making income for 4.5 years (I profit about 2800/ month after taxes). Yes $833 is less than $900 but again saving in relator fees and repairs. He is an honest guy. I do love my house and am emotionally connected to it. He has a good net worth and credit score and is waiting for rates to drop. (Also worth mentioning he SUB lets the house- I rent to him for $3600 and he rents 2-6 months to traveling nurses, docs, contractors etc for $5000/ month). We also have numbers if he decides to buy in years 2 (around 795k), or year 3 (around 820k). What are you guys thoughts?
