Played ice and roller for about 7 years very competitively when I was younger. I haven’t played in about 15 years but everything feels pretty natural. I do have a few questions if y’all could help out. We’re playing on painted asphalt most of the time btw.

1.i would prefer a descent one- piece twig - but seems pointless unless those blade guards are super solid and don’t change your game too much. Recommendations?

2. anyother equipment advice that’s ca game hanger I’ve missed over over the years?

3. Best way to practice at home, as the rink in about 30 min from me and I can’t make it often.
