Hey I am at university and failed a year and have had to resit, I didn’t tell my parents at the time and from then when the subject came up of when I am due to graduate it is expected to be this year, and when asked infront of other people that I did not want to tell that information I lied and said I would still be graduating this year, my problem is that my parents have been present for this and ever since I’ve lied about it, I know that I just have to tell them but I really don’t want to break their trust as it took a long time to get a healthy relationship with them, any advice please
