Very disappointing. VERY disappointing.

Here for a week for work. My wife asked me last night how the hotel is. My reply "i've never stayed at a Hampton that felt more like a Best Western before."

That says it all.

Wanted to check in at 3:30. Room not clean; they weren't sure WHEN it would be clean, so they put me in a different (and smaller) room. Half the outlets in the room aren't working. Remote barely works; no connection to my phone.

Come on folks, this is Boston. I've been at higher tech Hamptons in Butt Crack pick-a-midwest-state. Cramped entry/valet/restaurant/market/breakfast nook space.

I know you can't do anything ABOUT the location, but you can do something WITH the location. Very disappointing; hoping the next time I'm in this area my company books something else.
