Hey hey, just wondering if anyone has an idea on how to fix this? Was about to record this morning and suddenly it became stuck in a boot loop, like On > shows live view > shuts down, this goes on and on until battery is removed.
-No firmware upgrade was performed.
-Noticed the memory card icon showing red with a slash.
-Removed both the battery and memory card, then attempted to power it on, it wouldn’t turn on at all.
-Battery level is around 50%.
-Tried powering it on without the battery and memory card while connected via USB, it turns on, but the touchscreen is unresponsive and the screen flickers.
-Attempted a manual firmware upgrade, but it did not work.
-Managed to reset the camera through the settings, but the issue persists. See video on how it looks like now.
-The camera has not been exposed to water.
Should I book a repair?
