Chrysler Sebring Touring, it was 3900 and after I got it all I’ve done is an alternator replacement and it runs great, with only 30k miles! So was it good or bad?

In terms of gameplay and art style, the chaotic ui, unprofessional camera movement, actual shaking to the race, is there anything like that now? Or am I stuck playing those only, I also wish for free roam
Only have to spend 10 bucks to get the 8 (9) free items?
