I received the email to turn in my 23 Air early if I leased a new gravity. I was excited because it solved the problem of what to get next and timing. Most of that angst I spent on those problems is in my head.
I went and picked out a touring that was loaded. Got the loyalty and ref credits and basically free money terms. Putting nothing down it was 1400 ish a month
I did the paperwork online but what wasn’t clear was how to turn my vehicle in and understand the excess wear and tear charges. The deal would waive $1000 and I know I’ll owe some for curbing all 4 wheels ( this didn’t have DD Premium so no surround cameras. This car was hard to park when I leased it).
Anyway- sorry for the long story. I had 3 days without the car and basically had buyers remorse. When the car is still physically at the dealership I suspect this is not uncommon. I was worried about spending that much money even though I can afford it, the size and whether my lucid ccs charger would work with the Gravity ( it didn’t when I had a loaner with the converter)
We have a few months. I’m sorry for the sales folks who were great and now am experiencing FOMO after my buyers remorse.
I might be insane. :).
