This chick is a genuine freak but this might be what makes me finally go off on her. I have a big final at 7:30AM, I studied all day yesterday and went to bed at 11:30 so I could get a solid amount sleep and wake up at my usual 6:00
I’m woken up at 2:15AM by her throwing her bedroom door open, slamming it closed, stomping to the bathroom, slamming that door closed, and turning on the shower. The shower’s on for less than 5 minutes before the same process happens in reverse. I’m now wide awake but I try for the next hour to go back to sleep. Then at 3:15, she slowly opens her door and starts slowly pacing up and down the less than 10ft long hallway connecting all our bedrooms. We live in a super old on-campus townhome so of course she’s stepping on every single dead floorboard for the next like ten minutes before returning to her room. The stomping isn’t even intentional, she’s just super heavy footed and clumsy so she’s incapable of doing anything without any of us hearing it.
I tried until 4:30 to get back asleep before giving up and starting my day early, so I only got 3 hours of sleep.
She doesn’t have the kind of major that has any finals so I probably should have expected this, but my other roommates and I share stories of her similar night time antics and they usually don’t wake me up once I fall asleep. Maybe she just decided to be extra loud tonight, just as a little treat for finals week. Who knows.
This is pretty on par with the other shit she does and there’s plenty to talk about but I should do some last minute studying. I just had to talk about the 2:15 stomping followed by the 3:15 creeping and my other roommates won’t be awake until after my final
