One month ago I bought a refurbished T14 Gen2. I just started using it and now it won't turn on unless I hold down the "emergency reset button" for 30 seconds. Once it's on it seems to be working fine.

A restart will cause it to turn off and I need to use the pinhole trick again.

Everytime I start it it says "System has self-healed by restoring BIOS from backup. Please check BIOS version and then update BIOS if needed."

Lenovo Vantage shows latest BIOS version and no updates available.

Any idea what it could be? I bought it for $389. An inspection + cost estimate at the repair shop is $55...
