Hoping to make for a dinner party but wondering how good it would work subbing ground turkey for the beef? Thinking of sautéing wkrh mushrooms and worcestershire to improve umami.

I know the profession isn’t looked upon that great the best of days but Fredericton really seems to have some scummy agents. Any recommendations for decent people? Disgusting to see agents using their social media to denigrate the unhoused or spill CTE rants about Indigenous Peoples. Also trying to avoid the Yerxa dynasty. Thanks for any advice.
