Ive had my gastro do pretty much every test under the sun besides a colonoscopy and the results always come back normal. ( breath tests, blood tests, ultrasounds) I have a colonoscopy coming up this month to hopefully give me some answers. Im 30 years old and what feels like ive been struggling with this my whole life since i was 7/8 years old. The mornings before going to work are always terrible. I get into this pattern of being anxious and it gives me the shits.
I try to steer away from anxiety/ssris because i hate the side effects. I get great sleep everynight thankfully due to my cpap. I get routine bloodwork and im in good health overall thankfully.
Lately i was prescribed gabapentin for anxiety. Its helped me tremendously with having bubble gut/morning anxiety shits/anxiety shits. However theirs one issue. It constipates me. So i tried to do the classic exercise, warm shower, fiber supplements etc. but i feel like its not working.
Im beyond frustrated and worn out constantly worrying about shitting myself 24/7 and its really put a damper on what I want to do in life because im always thinking about finding a toilet.
Any tips or suggestions where to go from here? I feel like gastro will probably just put me on an antispasmodic which will probably constipate me. Similar to others in here doesn’t matter if i eat a clean health diet/ or eat garbage my stomach just sucks.
Thanks for listening to my rant

I currently wear a ccm cup compression short as of now with no hip/ass protection. And lets just say the few times ive fallen during games ive felt it the next day. What is everyone running these days. I prefer protection but nothing stupidly bulky. Also dont wanna look dusty out there either lmao.
Hi everyone. Ive been playing roller and ice for 15 plus years now and ive always struggled with slide stopping in roller. In ice i have zero issues with stopping. However roller I can never seem to adjust to it without feeling like im gonna twist my ankle into oblivion. That being said ive done some research and it appears these wheels are probably the best for helping with stopping like an ice hockey player in roller. Im 6ft 195ish. So im looking at getting the plus 1s. Id say im a pretty advanced player but I stopping always messes me up in roller. Are these KONIXX worth upgrading to from the stock labedas on my wm03 mission skates?
