What are these sauces
I love sushi, and it’s basically just because of the flambé nigiri I get. Every place I’ve been to serves it with this combo of black and white sauce. What are they? The black one doesn’t taste like soy sauce or teriyaki, and the white one doesn’t taste like mayo (those are usually the answers I find online).
