playing sims and i adopted a stray female dog in addition to my male dog because i wanted them to have a puppy. it increased my sims household to seven, meaning that i had one slot remaining for a sim... but when i tried to have the dogs mate, it said the sims household was too big, and i had a moment where i was like what? but theres seven…. OMG TIARA IS FINALLY PREGNANT.

i have been trying to have a baby with her for sooo long as i have the wicked whims fertility cycle and it is so rare to get pregnant if she isnt ovulating (which she wasnt last time she and danny woohoo’d). got sooo excited over this that i started singing out loud the Beatles “i got a feeling” as she took the pregnancy test. and then i had to post about it. big things happening guys big things..!!

i have struggled for years to find a solid answer for this!!

i got a double masectomy in 2020 when i was 16 and went on testosterone soon after. i detransitioned and went off T in 2023. i have been feminine presenting ever since but the flatness of my chest really bothers me and it has been commented on many times. i feel that my lack of boobs causes me a lot of dysphoria and angst and also prevents me from passing as well as i should.

what are my options here? i read somewhere that some top surgeons leave a little breast tissue included for shape. if i were to go on estrogen therapy would this do anything in terms of potential breast tissue growing? or are implants my only hope? i would prefer to avoid implants if possible given that i dont know much about them and am a little freaked out by the concept of inorganic material in my body… ackkk
