I just wanted to thank you guys for the work you do. I’ve had a handful of interactions with support and I always feel well taken care of!

I have a 5T XL at work where two of the tools are down due to a bad cable. I’ve been meaning to fix it for a while but I’ve been busy and that’s the nice thing about having the XL. I still have three working ones. lol

While we chatted, I briefly mentioned that I’ve been meaning to replace the old holders with the new style. The support tech (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name) just added them in for free! Saving me the hassle. This machine is also over a year old and I believe out of warranty.

Then they answered my question about the new silicone tool head. And we finned the convo off by showing off some challenging prints we’ve recently ran on our machines! Just a pleasant interaction that made my day.
