I’m a dev building a SaaS. I noticed Dubai real estate agencies lose massive amounts of buyers because they send huge 50MB PDF brochures over email (open rates are under 20%).

I built LaunchCore: a tool that lets developers generate Link-in-Bio style project pages and send updates automatically via WhatsApp (98% open rate).

My Hurdle: I'm building in stealth and can't post on LinkedIn without my boss finding out. My current strategy is offering a "Concierge Onboarding" to my first 5 users (I run a free WhatsApp reactivation campaign for their dead leads to prove it works).

Has anyone successfully grown a B2B SaaS in stealth without a personal brand? Would love any harsh feedback on this outreach strategy.
