Door grade MDF or Maple with MDF panel (both 5 piece shaker)

As the title says. I'm building my kitchen now. I've always used Maple with MDF center panel for painted. But contemplating full 5 piece MDF doors. No CNC access and purchasing them is out of the question (rather build and save the money, it's for me so I can take that time).

Is MDF (door grade) truly superior/inferior to Maple rails/stiles? I worry most about denting and corners, and also screw holding power with hinges.

Thanks!

Large doors question for Inset

I am intimidated by large doors, out of fear of warping. I want to make 5 piece doors using Maple rails/stiles with 1/4" ply or MDF panels. Size would be 24" wide by 50-60" tall. I've built plenty of doors and drawers. Just nothing this large.

I have an HVAC tech coming out to do maintenance on the unit in a couple weeks. Usually I plan a date that works where the tenant will be present (as will I) because they don't like me being there when they aren't. However, they can't be present for this, and want me to reschedule. I can't reschedule within a reasonable amount of time.

Am I allowed (with notice) to tell them I will be there anyways bc that's the only day that works? It doesn't feel quite right, but I can't keep shifting days around for the tech to come out, I've already pushed it twice bc of the tenant availability changes.

Work at: Aligned DC with rapid growth potential, but seemingly lower total comp packages (no RSU, smaller bonuses etc)

Work at: Microsoft with higher comp packages, but seemingly higher stress (is it though?)

Flooring: first pic is the original, 2 below are flooring changes. Is the juice worth the squeeze? The flooring will likely be high quality LVP (not the cheap crap...) These are just AI Photo renderings. Fridge will remain stainless.

Why? I HATE cleaning the grout and the 12x12 squares just feel incredibly dated, cold and dark.. but, am I just being too picky?

Thoughts?

I got a vasectomy while in the military about 3-4 years ago. Never had any issues. Lately I've been feeling a dull pain in my right testicle when I am getting close to finishing or while finishing. Is this a concern from the procedure or possibly something different?

Yes, I am going to schedule a doctors appointment. I go through the VA so it's going to be a bit before I am seen unfortunately that's just the way the VA center near me is.
