Capital One Shopping: Email confirms rewards, but app/extension still hasn't updated?

Hey everyone, just looking for a quick sanity check on Capital One Shopping.
I just received an email confirming that rewards are on the way for a recent purchase, but when I check the browser extension or the mobile app, the balance hasn't budged and nothing is showing in the "Pending" section.
Is there usually a significant lag between the "Congratulations" email and the dashboard actually reflecting the transaction? I've seen some sync issues mentioned lately—should I give it a few days or go ahead and open a support ticket?
