tried to clean the encoder strip, still printing like this, going to try to clean it again. I’ve done everything that can be done within the settings without it apart other than cleaning encoder strip. I linked a picture of a nozzle check at the end of the images as well as pictures inside of the printer. Thank you all. :((

1. i’ve tried for 2 days to troubleshoot this. i’ve tried realigning, i’ve tried cleanings, i’ve tried having all the correct drivers and software installed, all my settings match. the most frustrating part is when i do a nozzle check everything is pretty much good? when i print images that are not full sheets like this it’s fine. but when i print images that are full graphics like this they have this glitch in the exact same spot. i use it everyday for my business so the ink should not be dry, i also have not even had it that long maybe 4 months. i’ve very frustrated, this printer was nearly $400 and i’ve tried to take really good care of it. i’ve lost 2 days of work over this, so if someone had any advice that’d be great.
