What would you all have done? I don’t understand the people that have used IC this much and still don’t know how to put in replacement options or request a refund. We’re already on a timer so I can’t spend a lot of time waiting until you’re near your phone for you to make a decision. 2 minutes was long enough. And they always text back AFTER the message that’s says no more changes can be made to the order because you’re already at checkout. I didn’t respond back. Couldn’t take the replacements out and she got what she got.
