Has anyone had to deal with a curbed wheel yet on the BYD Seal excellence 19" wheels. UK based.

Looking more closely at the polished metal part there is actually a subtle stripy pattern to the metals finish under the lacquer. The car is leased and before I give it back I will need to get this repaired.

Had anyone had a repair quote or seen if the repair/ refurb will replicate this finish? Main reason is will the lease company care or pick up on it if I have it repaired but it does not look as factory. I hope its not the case that I have to pay for a whole new wheel just for a minor scratch because of the design of these wheels..
