Hi, just wanted to know… Moving into my relative’s house in Koramangala block 3. It is a really old property/house. I wanted to understand the power cut issues (we have a 10 year old inverter) and water supply issues (there is no borwell). Also, are there any waterlogging issues in the area when it rains?
