Am I in the wrong for asking my boyfriend to change his job to day shift?

It’s all consented!!!❗️❗️have been dating for 6 months now and things have been absolutely amazing we get along really well and never fight, we have had a few conversations about the future together. I still live at home which is with my mother and go to tech.every weekend I go out of my way to catch the train just to see him. It can get a bit complicated as he works during the week night shifts, so when I come over Friday afternoon because I have half days I usually wake him up around 3pm if he goes straight to sleep after a shift which is 40% of the time the other percentage he sleeps the whole day,we have Saturday together which we usually go fishing go out to eat or play video games, then Sunday we wake up and it’s the same routine so I tend to be alone all day or with his roommate she bothers me all day about boring I am for just existing in the living room. I have spoke to him about how I feel about him working night shifts and rarely ever seeing him, even for when I do move in which won’t be soon as I don’t want to rush things I would be working most of the day from the morning to evening and see him even less or even so sit alone again. I recently brought up my concerns To him and about how alone and shit it makes me feel again yesterday and he told me he’s to comfortable with his current job as he basically does nothing and sits around chatting, no managers or bosses telling him what he has to do or rules and still getting paid good money. We haven’t had a conversation about me moving in yet but I’ve been so scared to bring it up as it is way to early and I I get the rent would be cheaper but I don’t want to live under the same roof as him and his roommate I want us to have our own place and space lile any person does, I don’t want him living like this all his life during the night I really love him and care about him, am I overreacting?

I asked my boyfriend about working day shift because I never get to see him, he didn’t like that idea
