Mobile (android) prefered but PC is ok too. I've tried heartopia but had a lot of technical issues with it and found the socialisation lacking (12 players per lobby/map and there isn't much incentive to socialise). I've tried IMVU and the options to create items look fantastic, but you have to pay a subscription to be able to make items which is ridiculous (a small one time fee would maybe be ok, but I don't want to pay a lot for the privilege of making items for someone's game lol), also the game is full of creeps and teenagers. I've tried BUD which has a good pixel clothing creator and the option to properly make 3D items using simple shapes which is nice, but the game is dead and populated by 5 year olds, and the only way to get items people have created is by paying real money for premium currency. I tried Zepeto at some point but it didn't run well on my phone and I think maybe the only way to buy items people made is by paying real money for premium currency? (Someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Is there any other multiplayer games out there that let you create custom items that I haven't tried yet? Thank you!
