I have a Pixel 9 Pro XL, and not only have my Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and hotspot been out of order for over a month, I just received the May Google Play Services update, and when I updated my phone hoping this would fix something, what happened during installation was that the phone immediately rebooted and reverted to the November 2025 version. I tried several times thinking it was a glitch, but the same thing happened. This is my first Pixel device, and it’s giving me such a terrible experience, not to mention Google’s awful customer service.

I have a Pixel 9 Pro XL, and for about a month now, I've been having connectivity issues. Wi-Fi, hotspot, and Bluetooth aren't working at all. When I try to turn them on, the icon starts loading but then suddenly turns gray. No nearby networks show up in the Wi-Fi settings either. When I go into the Connections section in Settings, the device just freezes and I get a "Settings not responding" error. I should mention that this started happening after installing the April 5, 2026 update.I’d like to know if there are any possible solutions, and I’m also not sure how to get in touch with Google customer service.
