Be aware of system flagging “high number of returns”
I ordered a Bergner kadai set today on flipkart minutes. This product has 7 days return policy. One Kadai had a screw misfit and was clearly visible. I raised a return request with pictures attached. Guess what, the system flagged and rejected my return stating that “pattern of high number of returns and no issues being observed with products.”
I had returned 1 product out of 10 so far. I attached the pictures too. Not even one agent was able to justify the ‘high number of returns policy’ nor define the threshold for high returns.
- There is 7 days return policy.
- Product is not in good shape.
- There is no high returns history from my side.
Yet my return is rejected.
If any one is buying a product from Flipkart with assurance of return policy, then be it at your risk.
