I feel like all these really easy runs are causing some changes to my running form. Since I don’t think about the pace anymore, I think about what the body is actually doing, and this brings about small changes in my posture, foot placement, cadence.
Anyone else notice something like that?
I may also have been impressed by James’ cadence. He is obviously a super-responder to the method, and his cadence is very high.
