I just recently bought a refurbished Acer predator Helios 16. It booted up great at fist up until I started the system updates and restarted it. There was a low battery signal and on the top left said upgrade suspended and to meet requirements one was battery percentage above 25% (which it was way above that ) I forgot the other part but after a while it just all went black and didn’t want to turn back on. I tried hard reset, I even un plugged the battery tried static draining the laptop plugged the battery back in. Still nothing. No beeping so it’s not the RAM. Kind of at a loss here so just I left it charging…. any idea of what I should do???
