What is this line thing it feels sort of hard and its yellowish is this a tendon ?? Or something? When I impaled my hand yesterday this wasn't there but now today it is so I don't think it's a tendon, is it a process of wound healing or something? I don't think it's infected I've kept it clean and sterilised the wound straight away asap
