I discovered myself at a early age due to severe bullying and it basically turned into an addiction. 2 years ago me and my girlfriend became sexually active but ive never been able to finish without use of my hand at all, for the first 6 months i couldnt finish at all. I have tried nofap and im restarting again today after relapsing on sunday night. But im just wondering if i perminantly fucked up my sensitivity. I am looking into physcosexual therapy but might not be able to do that for a while because of costs, so i thought id ask here if anyone has any advice on how to help.
