Been lightheaded, had mildly blurry distance vision and some I guess grainy vision is how to describe it, hard time being in public places because of this. On top of these, starting in April I have been getting an extremely itchy scalp, red patches under my chin that itch (those haven’t happened in a week or so). I also started feeing really tight in my lower throat, it scared me because I thought my throat was closing up. I’ve had the lightheadedness, weird vision stuff (eye exam was normal), and ear ringing/head pressure headache not headache (but I do get mild headaches off and on throughout the day more recently) since December off on. Getting majorly worse on my period. Sometimes symptoms back off for a week or two.
I have Celiac. My mom has an autoimmune disease. And my aunt had thyroid cancer and my cousin has Hashimoto’s. I also have always had anemia off and on and low B12. Just figured out my vitamin D is low too. Recently had a bad bought of low b12 and anemia last August a few months before these other symptoms flared. Also had pretty aggressive hives in my eyelids in March/april.
I’m just curious if thyroid issues even sound possible because chat gpt is kind of crappy and saying it’s vestibular migraine which is possible but idk. Oh and my CT scan of my head was normal.
