I swear every time I get this plant it dies on me. I got one soaking in water recovering from root rot. I got another one upstairs with black tips and black spots. The soil is not wet I just put it in new chunky soil. It was in really spongy wet soil. I also purchase this plant at a local Walmart . And I almost wonder if that's why their spots. Right now I have a fan drying out the rest of the soil because my moisture meter reads that it's just a little bit wet and my finger also says that it's just a little bit wet. I've been giving it lots of humidity like it goes in the bathroom with me and everything. I got to grow light on it I don't know what else to do? Any advice. So the tips are black. Two of the leaves have black spots underneath of it. It's in brand new soil. I haven't even watered it yet because I'm scared to. What else can I do
