I’m tired of instructors having the same expectations of students as they do as their coworkers in a real salon. Expecting us to take 4+ clients in an 8 hour period. Shaming anyone for having to leave slightly early for whatever reason. Student having not sure how to do something? Either refusing to help because she’s too busy or shaming the student in front of a client calling them “just students, stupid” jokingly but still. Expecting us to know everything after showing us once and never letting us practice. I’m a third of the way through the program and have been taught one haircut. Is this all schools or just mine?

The water is iron rich and stains the tub and hair orange. I want to self tan for vacation, but don’t want to look like a certain politician.
