1. As a 15+ years experienced professional, here i am ranting on my concerns (not just Indian but also Abroad) : (Am a state level badminton player & Always secured high grades, % amongst State topper accolades while always being considered a natural leader, fair in my points)

- As a female, I have not felt encouraged or supported by any manager - its transactional where my hard work is used by my manager to boost his own position

- My most favourable manager who was fair to give me some credit for my work - told me to be always amiable as a colleague/worker while to the male colleague - it was told to be aggressive while he will always back him

- G**gl# US managers who have forced to shrink fit myself to tolerate engineering tantrums else they kept threatening, gaslighting me from all corners

- Am**zn female manager who targetted me for being a brown female from day 1 to push me out finally after being heavily critical on me everyday with no regret

- C*T* India Head shouted threatened me & everyone to accept fault of his team's shoddy work, justify infront of Singapore CEO

- Male colleagues in power have especially been extremely jealous to threaten me however the female seniors have also been no better esp US, EU based

- I would still rate lower management better - middle management to senior management is pure warfare every second for survival ....

Its all power & transactional, money .... Take as long as you can ... but not at cost of own + family health well being & basic survival happiness

Also yes I do believe seriously in Karma hitting back more severly at them... Their moral justification is doing all this torture abuse to raise their children..

Best of luck to their children ... they are already FUBR

My conclusion is that leadership is fucked up everywhere ....
they will do anything, everything to save their ass - the most illogical thing as well.
Being inhuman, unfair to a female is the easiest & no qualm to them in that order...
My purpose of writing or ranting this was so that the male in our society (workplace or outside) are aware, empathetic towards every female working esp middle space towards up.
Many are ruthless female scheming plotting .... however some are empathetic, sincere & hardworking based.

Delhi crime case of brutal rape, murder of a potential civil servant 22 year old IITian & DPSian girl has shaken me again!

I have lost count of the number of times I have felt shaken as an Indian girl by the cases around as well as the major concerns on safety I have felt.

Who do we blame?

Who do we ask for change?

Surely those in power, authority are answerable but are not the men in general responsible as well?

The men who use sex an an undertone, overtone in every comment, communication, joke they happen to have amongst male or mixed social dynamics.

Men (celebs, cricketers, influencers) who abuse MC, BC on camera & flaunt it proudly to then cover it up via social media PR

The men who keep asking for nudes from girls? or who spend more time on work watching illegitimate stuff.

The men who want to seek partner, wife to have legitimate right to have sex?

Men who use their physical power, position to exploit females not just for sex but for any form of advantage.

Men who consider females lesser in anyway despite credentials, qualification, pedigree & who keep insisting on the discrimination.

Men who use social advantage to flair own superiority which was gifted to them by system, society due to the inherent first mover advantage.

I do wish Men to think about deeper questions & to behave themselves in social standing, workplace, marriage, family, public transport, any public place.

It is shocking for me that as amenities are getting better - the safety I used to once feel online & offline as a female is reducing.
The trust, goodwill I used to have for male is shockingly reducing - esp for the impoverished, lower than me in anyway (because they are jealous & wish to assert their masculinity).

Probably we are back to days where females have to be given a gun to protect self & be allowed perverts murders.

Let me also give the solution I see :

- Male need to learn to control/regulate own urges & be busy with disciplined work rather than seeking relief in short term measures

- Female need to start being more assertive on own boundaries & calling out anything that feels unsafe IMMEDIATELY !! Never give in due to compliance/safety thinking abuse will stop & also to always believe in self & safe quality community, groups

- And lastly as a society, glorification of Male species needs to reduce - they are a byproduct of the centuries of social advantage given to them

Some extreme solutions coming out :

- Better for females to stay at home with doors closed

- Accept Burqa for all

- Stay inside home, working or not .... & don't get married nor have kids ....

- Public dramatic trial of offenders to set an example for all...

- Giving the women armfires
