Xfinity Double Charged Me
Last July my wife and I moved into a new house. We had Xfinity take the responsibility of transferring our existing service to our new place. They never disconnected the old one. We were being double charged all the way to March before they would stop. We haven’t used the old one the entire time and every time we get In touch with Xfinity they say they will do something about it and they never do. I’ve talked to ten different agents and they always say they will call you back the next day and they never do. They owe use over 500 dollars and are doing everything they can not to refund us.
