Where or how do I get the stuff to make the "paste"? does it only stick to select surfaces, like do you have to sand surfaces or something? Explain like I am an idiot. Because, I am.

Ok, so, on my Birth certificate its spelled ***ie***** and on EVERYTHING I own it's spelled ***ei****** {censored cause some people are creeps.} all over an E and I placement. I talked to my mom and was like "how do you spell my name" She said "***ei*****" I said "You sure" she rightfully so got sassy and was like "You came out of me, I told the nurse who did the certificate how to spell it letter from letter."

Apparently this woman wasn't paying to much attention because she spelled my name wrong and now I have to go to a judge to get it fixed. Wouldn't matter if they didn't attach silly fees in KY and going downtown is just so annoying. I live in Middletown area...

Anyone play league of legends? Couple of rules on my side: 20+ age range please, I am 30 and have no interest hanging with children. I got a epidural steroid injection in my back today, I notice I get a headache when I sit up but when I lay down it's better. This is only the first day and I do not want to over react. Should I head to ER or wait a little?
