Please help. I’m a fairly new SSV and I didn’t have the best training, and I don’t understand labor and why I have to cut it. This is what we’re working with: I’m autistic and miss social cues sometimes, and my SM was recently on me for not cutting labor. I said that I work with the schedule and im uncertain when or why I need to be cutting labor. This caused them to be extremely personally offended, and I didn’t get an answer, and it made things very awkward. I don’t understand *how* to know if we need to cut, besides if it ~feels slow~. We haven’t been open a year yet so we don’t have numbers from last year to compare to and I guess that’s part of it?

There’s the thing on MyDaily but I don’t think I’m understanding the forecasted/scheduled/actual thing correctly. If we were forecasted 60, scheduled 54, and actual was 68 … were we over 14, under 14, or something else?

I’ve tried asking my SM this but they seem to be very frustrated with this question, like I’m questioning their schedule making abilities. I’m not doing that, at all. Or at least, I’m not intending to. But we keep being over hella hours and I guess this is (at least partly) my fault (???) as a SSV … but I don’t know how to do it.

Pls help me to labor.
