Started with a couple BB guns at 16, got my CCW at 22, and now I’ve officially finished my first PSA 11.5” AR build. The Derya .22LR rifle has been way more fun than I ever expected. The gun cabinet is a Stack On 18 that I glued carpet to.

So far I’ve put about 500 rounds through the Taurus G2C, around 100 rounds through the AR15, and roughly 300 rounds through the Derya TM22. The only issue I’ve had is the Derya failing to fire about once every 40–50 rounds, but for such a cheap .22, that seems pretty normal.

Currently looking at budget micro/ micro compacts with an optic cut to replace my concealed carry, preferably something made in USA. So far I’m leaning towards the Psa micro dagger extreme carry cut, anyone carry this daily?

I wanted to build a budget lightweight multipurpose rifle for under 700$. I started with a stock Psa lower and 11.5” Psa upper. Added a knockoff sba 5 brace, magpul k2+ rubber grip, generic quick sling, amazon 45 backup irons, 3d printed handstop, and a monstrum 2-10 mpvo.

I wanted to install a sling but didn’t want to buy the 30$ mounting kit, instead I got a standard sling swivel stud kit on Amazon for 5$ and drilled a hole just in front of the screw that holds the rubber butt pad on. Just as strong and works perfectly. The stock and handle are hollow so the rear mount could be installed anywhere.
