Tretinoin/retinol usage and RLT
Wondering how people combine retinol/tretinoin usage with RLT for the face? ChatGPT tells me that I shouldn’t combine both in one day, so it feels like there’s a trade off where if I’m doing RLT every other day and retinol every other day, that I’m not getting the best benefits of either.
